Water as a Morning Routine

The first thing I do after getting out of bed is make a warm cup of lemon honey water & drink it while I make my (smaller cup of) coffee, finish the water prior to drinking my coffee and immediately after finishing the water refill the cup and drink another cup of water with my coffee.

I usually also try to drink water before ingesting food.

Water first to rehydrate and kick start the metabolism.

Also, having a routine helps me set up my day and get it going.  It's been going great for the past couple of weeks. I can't say anything has changed drastically in my life but as far as having or maintaining a "morning routine" it's a pretty easy task that I look forward to because drinking water is awesome (coffee is a bonus!).
